P1 – Aurel Vlaicu University, Romania: Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad (UAV) is a higher education institution that continues the academic tradition of the region. UAV’s structure consists of 9 Faculties and 12 Departments whose primary mission is to train specialists in fields that are required in the labour market in democratic values, love for knowledge and the development of human personality. Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education, awarded Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad with ""the highest degree of trust"". UAV is a distinct academic community that works in accordance with the regulations of the Romanian Constitution and the laws of the educational system. As for the mission, UAV observes and promotes European convention on higher education. 


P2 - Millenium Center (MC), Romania: Millennium Center is a non-profit organization founded in 2000 with the aim of promoting the interests of young people on a social, cultural, educational, sports, and economic level. It is a modern, dynamic, and experienced NGO active in the youth field with special emphasis on European Voluntary Service and Youth Work, E-Learning, Youth Career guide, Job related tools and online courses. In the field of ERASMUS+ they have experience in VET, TC, EVS/ ESC HO, SE, CO; KA2 Strategic Partnership in Adults, Youth fields; KA2 Capacity Building; Projects with activity in Africa, Central America, South America, Asia, Europe, East partner countries of the E+ Programme.


P3 - Predict CSD Consulting, Romania: Predict CSD Consulting is an SME specializing in youth activities, implementing projects, preparing products, delivering training courses for youth and youth workers and working on consultancy in different educational fields, such as: e-learning / online courses; e-games; visual products: illustration, game design, graphic elements, educational videos; youth work; organizing events in tourism, culture. They have experience in involving thousands of people in the online courses they are creating and coordinating, using software such as Moodle, Articulate Storyline, Doodly, Toonly, Video Robot, Blender, Unreal Engine, Adobe packages etc. 


P4 - IUL Online University (IUL), Italy: IUL’s main objective, as a Higher Education Institution, is to promote long-distance education, offering the opportunity to anyone who cannot afford academic attendance to study and pursue their own education goals. Originating as a distance learning institution, IUL has seamlessly embraced the mantle of a pioneer in fostering avant-garde educational methodologies. Its prowess in this realm is significantly bolstered by its status as the research hub for INDIRE (National Institute for Documentation, Innovation and Educational Research), Italy’s solitary national research centre with a focal interest in groundbreaking educational technologies and methodologies. This distinctive alliance has substantially enriched IUL’s acumen in devising novel educational curricula, evaluating its integration with the prevailing competency framework, and certifying acquired competencies. 


P5 - Firat University, Turkey: Fırat University comprises 16 faculties, 2 colleges, a state conservatory, 9 vocational colleges, 4 institutes, 24 research centers, a university hospital, a dental hospital, an animal hospital. In these units, a total of 9523 associate degree, 30803 undergraduate, 5339 graduate Education-training and R&D activities are carried out with 45665 students and 1862 academic personnel, 1511 administrative personnel. The university has earned the right to be a research university in 2022. Until today, many TÜBİTAK, EraNet, Erasmus and Horizon projects were carried out.


P6 - Moldova State University, Moldova: The Moldova State University is the largest higher education institution in the Republic of Moldova, a classical university with a wide range of educational programs in all three cycles. MSU has valuable potential and visible results in research, being involved annually in several dozen institutional projects, funded nationally and multiple international projects, carried out on the basis of various budget lines. MSU nowadays comprises 11 faculties with the academic offer consisting of over 65 BSc degree programs, 53 MSc, and 64 PhD study programs, and contains about 1800 teaching and research staff. The university has a total enrolment of 11200 students at all three study levels. 


P7 - Caucasus University, Georgia: Founded in 1998 with support from the US State Department and in collaboration with Georgia State University (GSU), the Caucasus School of Business (CSB) laid the foundation for the establishment of Caucasus University (CU) in 2004. Over the years, CU has expanded to include eleven schools, offering a diverse range of programs. The university's evolution reflects its commitment to academic excellence and international collaboration. With a student body of approximately 10,000, CU stands as a private institution dedicated to delivering high-quality education. The university boasts 54 undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs, taught in both Georgian and English. 


P8 - Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, Georgia: Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University (BSU) is an important educational, scientific and cultural center, one of the leading HEIs of Georgia with its mission to prepare highly qualified, competitive specialists. It comprises 7 faculties: Economics and business, humanities, exact science and education, law and social sciences, natural sciences and health care, technologies, tourism. It also embraces the 3 Research Institutes of Niko Berdzenishvili Institute, Agrarian and Membrane Technologies.


P9 - National University YURI KONDRATYUK POLTAVA POLYTECHNIC, Ukraine: National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic” (NUPP) is among the 50 best universities in Ukraine and the high-ranking university in the Poltava region. NUPP comprises 6 faculties and two structural departments, providing Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs in about 100 specialities. More than 400 staff at 6 institutions and faculties of the university have broad experience in conducting all kinds of events: lectures, guest lectures, seminars, webinars, trainings, virtual exchanges, COIL projects, Erasmus+ activities, and different international projects. 


P10 - Gavar State University, Armenia: Gavar State University (GSU) is the only higher education institution in the largest Marz of Armenia providing quality undergraduate, graduate and post- graduate education to its students. It has participated in more than 20 Erasmus, Erasmus Mundus, Tempus, Erasmus+ and other international projects and has always sought to expand the frames of its international partnership. The main directions of GSU internationalization is the implementation of cooperation programs with leading universities of different countries, study and localization of successful experience in the fields of teaching, learning and research, implementation of academic exchange programs, provision of international mobility of staff and students, continuous expansion of the scope of external partnership, continuous implementation of international programs.
